1. Order Processing Time

In-stock standard mahjong sets: Shipped out within 3–7 business days
Custom engraved / bespoke personalized mahjong sets: Production lead time up to 30 business days before shipment

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email automatically.

2. Shipping Methods (Only United States, All DDP — No Extra Customs Fees)

Standard Shipping

Transit time: 5–8 business days door-to-door

All import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are prepaid at checkout. No hidden charges upon delivery.

Economy Shipping

Transit time: 25–45 business days door-to-door

Budget-friendly option for bulk orders, fully DDP included with all customs costs covered.

3. Fragile Packaging Protection

Mahjong tiles and luxury gift boxes are fragile. Each set is wrapped with bubble wrap, foam padding and double-layer cartons marked with FRAGILE labels for safe transit.

4. Tracking & Delivery Notes

Real-time tracking link will be provided after shipment.

Please fill in your complete and accurate US delivery address with valid phone number to avoid delivery failure or redelivery charges.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, carrier congestion or force majeure.

5. Damaged & Lost Shipments

If items arrive broken, please provide a full unboxing video and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or partial refund solutions.
