   All shipments to the US adopt DDP delivery terms, all import duties, VAT and customs fees are prepaid at checkout.

   
   

   We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, carrier backlog, weather, force majeure or inaccurate recipient address information provided by customers.

   
   

   If goods are damaged during transit, customers must provide complete unboxing video within 48 hours upon receipt for compensation application; compensation will not be supported without valid evidence.

   All mahjong sets sold comply with US CPSC ASTM F963 safety standards. We do not produce or sell products made of ivory, endangered protected timber or any materials violating international wildlife protection laws.

• This sales contract between customers and Xiamen OFAN Technology Co., Ltd shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
• Any disputes arising from orders, products, logistics or transactions shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province for litigation resolution.
